In Southwest North Dakota, the prep football season has come to an end, and several players from the region have been named to the All-State teams in Class AA, Class A, and 9-Man football. Killdeer High School had an impressive showing with six players making the first- and second-team rosters. Among them were wide receiver Cooper Bang, who was also named the All-Region Senior Athlete of the Year, quarterback Kale Hansen, and offensive lineman Joseph Dukart. Dickinson High School saw linebacker Tristan Stallsworth and defensive back Dylan Glasser make the first team, with running back Braden Meschke earning second-team honors. Grant County/Flasher had senior CL Weinberger named to the first team, along with seniors Brody Froelich and Trey Heid making the second team.
The players were recognized for their outstanding performances during the season, including Hansen’s impressive 42 touchdown passes, 22 of which went to Bang. The teams’ successes in their respective divisions led to these players being honored with All-State selections. This recognition highlights the talent and dedication of these student-athletes in their pursuit of excellence on the football field in North Dakota.
