Pitcher Makaela Carr also shined, throwing a complete game with eight strikeouts while scattering five hits. In contrast, Omaha cruised to a 20-0 win in the series opener.
The win marked several milestones for UND, including matching its single-game high in RBI with 12 and scoring the most runs allowed by Omaha this season.
