Fargo, ND – North Dakota State University (NDSU) has officially released its 2025 football schedule, coming off a stellar 2024 season with a record of 14-2 and a 7-1 mark in the Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVFC). Head Coach Tim Polasek, now in his second season, looks to build on the team’s recent success as they gear up for another competitive year.

The 2025 schedule features four non-conference games and eight MVFC matchups that promise to test the team. NDSU will kick off the season on August 30 with an away game against The Citadel, followed by a trip to Tennessee State on September 6. The Bison will then face Southeast Missouri State at home on September 13 before a bye week on September 20.

Once conference play begins, NDSU’s schedule intensifies. The team will face South Dakota at home on September 27, before traveling to Illinois State on October 4. The following weeks include games against Southern Illinois (October 11), Indiana State (October 18), and a highly anticipated matchup at South Dakota State on October 25.

NDSU will return home on November 1 to host Youngstown State, followed by an away game at North Dakota on November 8. The regular season concludes with a matchup against Northern Iowa on November 15, leading into the season finale against St. Thomas on November 22.

As the team prepares for another exciting season, fans are encouraged to mark their calendars and support the Bison in their quest to reclaim glory on the field.
