University of North Dakota Announces 2025 Hall of Fame Inductees
Grand Forks, N.D. – The University of North Dakota (UND) is set to honor the Class of 2025 for its Letterwinners Athletics Hall of Fame during a special event on September 19 at the Alerus Center. This year, eight distinguished individuals will be inducted, including renowned athletes from various sports. They are Rob Stiles (Wrestling/Men’s Golf), Mark Murdock (Men’s Track & Field), Dave Hudson (Men’s Hockey), Jodie (Schwartz) Jones (Women’s Swimming/Diving), Liz (Kaler) Olson (Women’s Golf), Randy Harles (Football), Kelly Howe (Football), and Theresa LeCuyer (Women’s Basketball). Additionally, the 2000-01 women’s basketball team will be celebrated for their exceptional performance.
Forrest Flaagan, a legendary cross country coach from South Dakota, will receive the Tom Clifford Award, while benefactors Dan, Jolene, and Tommy Mikkelson will be honored with the Honorary Letterwinner Award for their significant contributions to UND athletics.
This marks the 50th annual Hall of Fame event, highlighting the legacies of 296 individuals and 48 teams in UND’s history. The inductees will also be recognized during halftime of UND’s football game against Valparaiso the following day. For updates, follow @UNDsports on social media.
