Governor Kelly Armstrong Highlights North Dakota’s Energy Leadership at Summit
Grand Forks, ND – Governor Kelly Armstrong visited Grand Forks on Tuesday, participating in a summit at the Energy and Environmental Research Center (EERC), located on the University of North Dakota campus.
