Little Big Town Delivers High-Energy Performance at The Lights in West Fargo
WEST FARGO — Little Big Town lit up The Lights on Saturday night, captivating an eager audience, including fans on nearby balconies. Band member Kimberly Schlapman remarked on the unique concert setting, while Karen Fairchild playfully urged the balcony dwellers to enjoy the show.
Despite a crowd smaller than the venue’s 4,200 capacity, the quartet energized the outdoor space with upbeat anthems including "Wine, Beer, Whiskey" and "Day Drinking." Fairchild, serving as the primary vocalist, showcased her talent on hits like the summer favorite "Pontoon," while the group harmonized beautifully on songs like "Bones."
The night also featured dynamic covers, including a dance-infused rendition of Oasis’ "Wonderwall," which had the audience singing along. As the show progressed, the energy built, culminating in powerful performances of "Better Man" and their signature hit "Girl Crush," which ignited the crowd’s enthusiasm.
Closing the night with "Boondocks," the song that launched their career 20 years ago, Little Big Town proved that even with a limited tour schedule, they could still create unforgettable moments for their fans.
